The New Balance RunIQ has a 1.39” AMOLED display with a 4GB internal storage, the wearable runs the ATOM Z34XX processor and has a 24 hour battery life, sensors and features include accelerometer, gyroscope, optional heart rate monitor and GPS. If you are going to take a look at the specs, it has a pretty standard specs, just the same with other premium smartwatches in the market. The Run iQ is one of the few smartwatches that runs the ATOM processor, I am not just sure how the processor affect the battery performance, as news report before state that Intel’s processor for wearable is power hungry.

About its software, it runs the Android Wear 2.0, the company also worked with Strava to work with the RuniQ, you can also have a 3 month premium subscription  for free with the Strava when you purchase the watch, plus you can also have some music playing on your smartwatch with Google Play Music.

So far when it comes to looks, the New Balance Run iQ has a premium sporty design, well for the hardware side, it is not that impressive given that is has the same offering like other wearables in the market. Right now NB already started the pre-order for the wearable, if you want to grab the promo, a 3 month subscription to Strava, get the Run iQ before 2/1.
