HiWatch Pro App on Android Keeps Disconnecting
HiWatch Pro App, one of the most popular support app for affordable smartwatches. These first quarter, and second quarter of 2024, most of the new cheap smartwatches is using the HiWatch Pro app on Android. It is becoming the fave app by manufacturer for their smartwatches. With the increasing number of users ( around 10 million) as the time of this writing. The number of users complaining on the issue of disconnection also increases.
I also experienced this issue with the number of smartwatches that I already tested. With this issue, there are several problems that may results to the unstable connection of HiWatch Pro app to your smartwatch.

Possible Solution to unstable connection of HiWatch Pro App
- Check if another device is using the Bluetooth connectivity, if there are other devices that is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, disconnect it first.
- Restart your Smartwatch as well as your Smartphone
- Check if your smartwatch is already in the Bluetooth network, tap “Forget this device” or “Unpair this device”
- Activate Bluetooth connectivity of your smartwatch is there is an option
- Check compatibility requirements of your smartwatch. If you have an old model of smartwatch, download the previous version, usually it is available in other app store, and can be installed by sideloading the .APK file of the app
- If the previous app is unstable with your smartwatch, check for any update on Google Play, then update your current app to a new version.
- Let the App run in background if its required for stability
