How to Connect HiWatch Ultra App on Android Platform

  1. Download HiWatch Ultra Appfrom the Android platform.  This demo is on the Android platform, search the app on Google Play, or scan the QR code.

As the time of this writing, the application is about 47.85 MB. It is also available in iOS platform. Tap on to download.

  1. Tap to download the app, it will automatically install the app when the application has been completely downloaded.
  2. Open the HiWatch Ultra App,  Privacy Agreement and User Protocol will appear, tap to Agree.

There are other permission that the app will ask;

Access this devices location, “While using the app“,”Only this time“,” Dont allow”.

  1. The app will load, and the UI has at least four main menu.
  2. To add/pair your device to the HiWatch Ultra app, tap on the “Device” menu. Select ‘Go Bind| to pair your smartwatch.

The app will ask for another permission, ” Allow Hiwatch Ultra to find, connect to and determine the relative position of nearby devices. Options are “Allow,”Don’t Allow”

  1. The app will now search for the smartwatch, select the wearable that you want to pair with the app.

There are three stages of connection to the app

  • Bluetooth Base Connection
  • Time Setting
  • User Profile Setting
  • Target Setting

Once the connection is successful, it will state that the connection is “Completed”.

If there is a successful connection, you will see the smartwatch on the dashboard, the name, mac address as well as the battery percentage.

Setting the Basics of the HiWatch Ultra App

  1. Tap on “Device”, on the device dashboard, select “Push Message”.

Select from the different message push options, from call reminder, SMS reminder, Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp, Instagram. Please take note that Skype, Kakaotalk, Linkedln, SnapChat, Tiktok, Telegram, OKR,VK, TenChat, Viber are not supported by some bracelets.

What to do if Pairing Failed during Setup

Here are some things that you can do when pairing failed with the HiWatch Ultra

  • Restart your smartwatch including your smartphone
  • Remove any devices that uses the Bluetooth connection
  • Make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on, and your smartwatch has the latest support app downloaded.
