Cannot Search the Smartwatch when Pairing
When pairing the smartwatch with Fere fit app for the first time, there are possibilities, that the smartwatch will not appear in the search/pairing section. If this happens, Try to restart your phone, or the smartwatch, check also if the Bluetooth is turned on. If there is a setting for Bluetooth on the smartwatch activate it also.
You can also check whether the smartwatch is already paired in the Bluetooth section. If its already paired automatically, tap on it, and select “Forget this Device” or “Unpair”.
After Pairing the Smartwatch Keeps on Disconnecting
When you have successfully paired the smartwatch, and all of a sudden the smartwatch is disconnected. You might want to check whether other devices is using the Bluetooth connectivity. If there are other devices, remove the device to avoid any conflicts. Check if the connection is stable when your smartwatch is the sole device that uses the Bluetooth.
Cannot Pair After an Update with the App
Every now, and then Fere Fit has an update, adding new features, fixing bugs. If you experience updating the app, and you encounter an error like disconnection, cannot pair. Try to revert to the previous version. Please take note that before updating, check first if what is the current version of the app that is properly working with your smartwatch. Download the version that works with your smartwatch, several .APK files of the previous version is available in several apps store.

Cannot Connect Earbuds with my Smartwatch with Fere Fit App
Although there is a Bluetooth connectivity, and Bluetooth music control function in the smartwatch. It doesn’t mean that you can pair a wireless earbud automatically. Try to check if your smartwatch has a support for TWS headphones, if it is not included in the feature listed, there is a big possibility that it is not supported.
