Redmi Watch 3 Lite Appeared on IMDA Listings, what will be its Features?
The Redmi Watch 3 Lite is coming, it’s a new wearable sort of a downgrade of the popular Redmi Watch 3 that was released last December 2022. The smartwatch appeared on IMDA certifications, and SIRIM it shows that the smartwatch has model number M2247W1.
The wearable based on the image shows a rectangular smartwatch in black color, there is a physical rectangular button on the side. And with a magnetic charging cable. Seems like the lite smartwatch may have the same design as that of the Redmi Watch 3.
Redmi Watch 3 has a metal frame, we do hope that this one will have the same body frame. But anyways, as expected with the Lite version, there is a possibility that the smartwatch may not be coming with Bluetooth call functionality, as well as a built-in GPS.
It is not unusual that a lite version of the smartwatch will have a much lesser features compared to the first version. This is to cater to those who prefer basic features only for wearables. Or they preferred a long battery life to a smartwatch with all the features but with short battery life.
On its product page, the wearable has Polymer Li-ion battery with magnetic charger, Bluetooth 5.0, and a flexible silicon strap that is removable. We expect it to have several sports functions, a heart rate monitoring function, smart notifications, and quality watch faces.
