The T20 Ultra 2 Smartwatch is using the HiWatch Pro app that is available in Android and iOS platform. You can download the app free on your phone, pair it with your smartwatch. Below is a tutorial on how to connect your T20 Ultra 2 smartwatch to phone.
How to Connect T20 Ultra 2 Smartwatch to Phone
1. Search and Download the HiWatch Pro app on Google Play Store.
2. Tap on Install to download the app. Once completed it will automatically install the app on your phone.
3. Open the HiWatch Pro, tap to Agree to the User Protocol and Privacy Policy
4.The first permission will appear “Allow HiWatch Pro to Access this devices location.” Select while using the app or Only this time to proceed.
5. To pair your smartwatch, select the “Set” menu located on the bottom part of the Dashboard. Select the option “Bind Devices to pair your smartwatch”.
6. The HiWatch Pro app will now ask permission for:
- Activation of Bluetooth
- Find, Connect to and Determine the relative position of nearby devices
7. After setting the permission, it will search for your smartwatch. If available, it will appear on the search section. Tap on to pair your smartwatch with the HiWatch Pro App.
